Command Centre guide

Use the main platform as your company control point.

Command Centre brings company settings, assessments, subscriptions and read only product insight together without taking ownership of operational records.

Who this is forCompany owners, administrators and managers

Guide overview

Follow the workflow in a controlled order.

Important boundary. Command Centre provides oversight. It cannot edit POS sales, stock, Storefront orders or other product owned operational records.

Guided steps

From preparation to a checked outcome.

01

Open the correct company workspace

Company data and product access are isolated by workspace.

What to do
  • Sign in and choose the company you intend to manage.
  • Check the company name before changing settings or requesting products.

Expected outcomeYou are working inside the intended company context.

02

Review the company dashboard

The dashboard shows setup progress, available actions and connected product context.

What to do
  • Review outstanding setup actions.
  • Check product connection states and the freshness of any available summaries.
  • Treat missing or delayed information as incomplete, not as zero activity.

Expected outcomeYou know what is connected and what still needs attention.

03

Run an assessment when priorities are unclear

An assessment turns business answers into explainable scores and recommendations.

What to do
  • Choose the assessment that fits the decision.
  • Answer using current business information.
  • Review the factors behind the result before acting on a recommendation.

Expected outcomeThe company has a documented starting point and a clearer improvement priority.

04

Review products and subscriptions

Commercial access should be deliberate and visible.

What to do
  • Confirm the product status, deployment scope and activation requirements.
  • Review plan limits, scope and billing terms.
  • Approve a paid plan only after the price and included capabilities are clear.

Expected outcomeRequested products match an approved business need and commercial scope.

05

Launch products through their own permission flow

Command Centre starts the journey but does not bypass product security.

What to do
  • Use the product action shown in the company workspace.
  • Complete any product specific authorisation or provisioning stage.
  • Return to Command Centre for status and read only oversight.

Expected outcomeThe product remains responsible for its operational data and permissions.

06

Invite the right people

Named access keeps decisions and important actions accountable.

What to do
  • Invite each person using their own email address.
  • Assign the least powerful role that supports their work.
  • Review membership when responsibilities change.

Expected outcomeThe company can collaborate without sharing passwords or broad access.

Completion checklist

Confirm before moving on.

Use this list for a final review with the person responsible for the workflow.

  • The correct company workspace is selected
  • Assessment results are understood before action is taken
  • Product status and data freshness are visible
  • Plan scope is approved before payment
  • Operational changes stay inside the responsible product
  • Every team member uses named access
